So, you’ve decided you need a uAttend or time and attendance account. You’ve followed the instructions online and bought the system – now you need the training!
Whether you’ve decided to use a uAttend terminal, the App or clock via phone, having the power to automate paperwork, track attendance and simplify payroll is only useful if you know how to work the system.
Getting the most from your uAttend system
uAttend offers free training with every subscription to our system. We listen to what you need from the software and train you how to use it to get the most benefit for your business.
We also record the session and send it to you via email, so you have access to view the training over and over again.

How our training is different from our competitors
Firstly, and most importantly, we don’t charge you for contacting our support team. The uAttend system is designed to be as simple to use as possible. However, we understand when getting started, everyone needs a helping hand.
All of our support team are based in our headquarters in the UK. There are also dedicated uAttend employees, so you know whoever you’re talking to understands the system inside out.
