Blisworth Hill Properties Ltd, comprises Blisworth Hill Business Park, Tove Valley Cottages and a working farm, Manor Farm, located near Towcester in Northamptonshire.
The business park and 13 luxury self-catering cottages have been sympathetically converted from former working farm buildings.
14 staff currently use uAttend smartphone app clocking and 1 uses web clocking. uAttend smartphone app clocking for iPhone and android phones is free to download.

Sharese explains, “It was all written down on timesheets, some of it was illegible and we couldn’t read it properly. We then used to have comeback with loads of queries. Sometimes people didn’t send in the timesheets at all. There was just a lot of toing and froing.”

Initially another system was trialled alongside uAttend but they found uAttend much easier to use. Sharese was also impressed with the responsiveness of the sales team.
“Kayleigh was really efficient and came back to us really quickly and helped us find our way around the system. If we had any queries she answered them straight away.”
It also became clear that using uAttend there were added benefits. One was being able to see people clocking in on sites and knowing they were where they were supposed to be. The smartphone clocking app has geolocation tracking and ringfencing options.
And as Sharese says, “We could use the information for invoicing our customers. We can see straight away how much time our staff spent on customer’s sites.”
