KCC Cleaning based at Ashton Gate in Bristol was founded in 1994 and now employs 52 people, they were our first uAttend cleaning company customer. KCC has saved time and money managing staff attendance with uAttend. uAttend offers a choice of clocking in options and geolocation to allow employers to accurately monitor a workforce at dispersed sites and on the move.
Watkiss Automation Sales Limited is a British manufacturing company who’ve been designing and manufacturing print finishing equipment for more than 35 years. 80% of their production is exported all over the world.
Cara FM is a family run Commercial Cleaning and Facilities Support business. The company works within the Guildford and London areas and has 100 employees who specialise in many skills including roof maintenance, tile repair, painting, and window and facade cleaning.
Gordena Care Home provide residential care for adults with learning difficulties and mental health issues in two care homes in Bristol. Cloud software system uAttend, is used to monitor the attendance of the care teams. uAttend has already saved Gordena Care Home time and money, they no longer have to manually check and reconcile hours or rates of pay which has led to savings due to a reduction in overpayments. They’ve now invested in a uAttend system for their second care home.
The Future Group specialises in facilities management for public and private sector. Over 3,000 staff clock in using facial recognition terminals on client sites. Phone clocking is also used extensively.
Mind and Behaviour recently chose uAttend to streamline and and improve their time and attendance. One part of the organisation supports County Council staff in the youth work environment helping individuals address issues such as depression, conflict and general life transitions. The other part, Aero Medical Ambulance Service (AMAS) specialises in medical repatriations within the UK and Europe.
The Brighton Implant Clinic founded in 2009 comprises clinics in Brighton, Hove, Hailsham and Worthing. 75 salaried and hourly paid employees use biometric fingerprint terminals across three sites.
SunFresh Produce specialises in sourcing fresh organic produce from around the planet. They moved into an organic production facility in 2017. They chose the uAttend RFID proximity fob clocking WiFi terminals.
Broadways Stampings Limited manufactures a wide range of pressed component parts for the automotive industry. 210 employees clock in using 5 uAttend biometric fingerprint terminals installed over two sites.
Woodmace is a specialist civil engineering and groundworks company. Around 23 sites are live at any one time with 300 – 800 staff and agency workers clocking. They use GSM clocking with biometric fingerprint terminals.
The Stella Maris Care Home in Swansea provides care for 21 people aged 65+. 40 employees clock in most use uAttend biometric fingerprint terminals, a couple of people with very worn fingerprints code clock.
The Brown’s in Laugharne, Wales is a boutique hotel with 13 individually-styled luxurious en-suite rooms. 14 staff now clock in on 2 sites using biometric fingerprint terminals.
Kings Premier Health Club in Guernsey is the second oldest tennis club in the world. It offers a range of sports facilities in a state-of-the-art leisure environment. 34 employees use web and phone clocking.
Blisworth Hill Properties Ltd own and manage a business park & luxury self-catering cottages converted from former working farm buildings. 15 staff currently use uAttend smartphone app clocking and web clocking.
Jacob Thomas Associates has over four decades of experience within the recruitment industry. They are rolling out uAttend biometric fingerprint clocking on client sites. Currently 61 employees working for 2 clients.
