Implementation - It really is this simple!

Here is a summary of the steps you would need to take to implmement a uAttend clocking system if you wanted to use a clocking terminal (it's even easier if you want to just use Web, Phone or Smart Phone app clocking, just click here and sign up and follow these instructions).
- Purchase a Clocking Terminal Online Quickly and Easily
- Sign up for your uAttend Online Accout (the uAttend application runs on the website TrackMyTime.co.uk)
- Install your Timeclock if you have one.
- Add Your Departments
- Add Your Supervisors and Employees
- Enroll Your Employee Finger Print Templates if you have a Finger Print Terminal
- Assign PIN/Badge/Fob Numbers or Assign Finger Print Templates to Your Employees on uAttend
- Start Using the System to Record and Calculate Employee Hours and Provide Payroll Summaries
- Continue to Save Time and Money Preparing Payroll Hours or Monitoring Worked Hours and remember there is Lifetime Warranty and Support
- Go to 8.
Purchasing a uAttend Clocking Terminal
Click on the Purchase link in the top left of this screen:

Click on
next to the type of terminal that you would like to purchase:

Enter how many terminals you would like to purchase here
and click on 

Depending on the type of terminal you have chosen you may wish to purchase extra cards or fobs or cables. Scroll down to see what is available.

When you get to the bottom click on
Select the type of membership plan you expect to start with.
This will show as zero value in the cart as you are not charged for this until you start using your uAttend account.
If you are buying more terminals for an existing account you can click on
to ignore this selection page.

Once you have confirmed that you have ordered the correct number and type of terminal click on 

Complete the payment details with either a bank or credit card, we accept Mastercard and Visa and click on 

You can save time by clicking this box to copy the shipping address from the billing address.

Put any notes you would like us to see in the box provided.
When your clocking terminal arrives you simply need to follow the instructions in the quick start guide, which takes you through the initial signing up for your uAttend online account, enter the unique reference number that comes with your clocking terminal, enroll your employees and off you go!
Signing Up for a uAttend Online Account
Visit https://trackmytime.co.uk/signup/ (note there is NO 'www' in there anywhere!) and enter the Dealer ID that has been provided with your clocking terminal. It may be on the front of the Quick Start Guide or on a sticker on the box the clocking terminal came in.
If you are not using a clocking terminal but are using either Web, Telephone or App Clocking then either use the code provided by your reseller, click here if you have arrived on this site from your resellers web site or arrived here directly from a web search, or contact us for more information.

Type in the code like this making sure all the letters are in Upper Case.

Now choose the Price Plan that matches your requirements. You can change the Price Plan at any time using the Account link in the top right of your uAttend screen once you have signed up.

Now choose the url ending that will show as the link that you use every time you log in to uAttend. You should make this a favorite or bookmark on your browser for ease of use.
Complete the rest of the form and click on 

You will then receive an email with your login details.
Terminal Installation
You can mount the terminal on the wall if you want to or just place it on a table or desk.
Then enter the unique code for the terminal into your account as shown below:
Click on Add Timeclock in Settings/Timeclocks:

Enter the Device ID and click on Add

You can click on Edit next to the terminal and set up the various options including what Departments can have time allocated on them from that particular clocking terminal.

Wire in or set up the Wi-Fi connection, switch the terminal on and it just works! (If you have a proxy in use on your network you may need to fix the IP address of the terminal and have your IT department allow that IP addres past the proxy.)
