How do employees clock?
When an employee wants to clock they either access their free smart phone App or simply pick up a standard touch-tone phone and dial the free-phone number.
They are then given voice prompts to enable them to enter their company number, PIN and a department or location identifier.
Once the employee is used to the process they can enter the details within 15 seconds. They don't have to wait for the voice prompts if they don't want to, entering a '#' after each entry moves the user on to the next option.
Once complete the user is informed that they have clocked In or Out.
The telephone numbers or Geo location that employees may clock from can be set up in the system to stop abuse. In any event the address or telephone number used is recorded against the clocking!
